In 2015 the Tartu real estate market experienced some unexpected twists and turns, which resulted in the emergence of O\u00dc Ceteles. O\u00dc Ceteles is currently specialised in construction project management and the development of real estate projects. We mediate the services of subcontractors to contracting entities, bearing ultimate responsibility before the contracting entity.<br><br>Our work is based on the requirements of the quality management system, the environmental management system, and the occupational health and safety management system standard.<br><br>Multiple projects have been completed across Estonia under the leadership of the company\u2019s managers, including apartment buildings on the outskirts of Tartu. We have supervised the completion of apartment buildings on Vaarika Street, in Tartu, as well as on P\u00e4rna Avenue, at Raadi, on the outskirts of Tartu. During the period 2015\u20132020, the apartment buildings at Kaupmehe 11, 13, 15 and 16 were completed.
