SALES PROCESS
1. Apartment Reservation
The apartment reservation is valid for 14 calendar days.
Making a reservation is free of charge.
2. Law of Obligations Agreement
A notarised Law of Obligations Sale Agreement is concluded with the buyer, setting out all details of the transaction.
The prerequisite for signing the agreement is that the buyer has paid at least 10% of the purchase price.
3. Real Right Agreement
The Real Right Agreement is concluded after the building has been completed. The buyer pays the remaining purchase price, and ownership of the apartment is transferred.
The apartment price includes:
- Interior finishing according to the selected package
- One parking space
- One storage room
- Construction of utility networks and connection to them
- Bicycle storage room in the basement
The apartment price does not include:
- Notary fees and state fees related to the sales transaction
- Connection fees for data communication, cable television and telephone services
